I found the street of dreams after wandering the French Quarter of New Orleans trying to find something to eat that didn't involve sausage. Possibly Royale St.? There was liquor involved so my memory may not be all that reliable. Basically there was a group of people in dog costumes, fairy dust, and mandolin players. I imagine this is what heaven looks like.
